The location of this accommodation is great, just a few minutes walk to the local plaza and close to parks. The area is really nice and safe, with good transport links to other areas. The room was spacious and clean, and the check-in process was fast. The facilities were good, including the common areas and the garage.

There were some issues with the bathroom/shower, which was not always easy to find empty. The water pressure was sometimes low and there were a few occasions with cold water.

The rooms are well-maintained, clean and pleasant, and the owners are friendly and responsive. The location is great, as it is close to a number of museums and popular attractions. The shuttle is flexible and convenient. I appreciated the helpful guidebook provided with recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

My Christmas stay was not a good experience. The hosts did not inform us that they had double-booked our room and we were relocated to another substandard property without any warning.

Got a free breakfast and a drink voucher, which was good for my budget. The location was ideal, close to the attractions and easy to get around. The room was nice and clean.

The staff service was snobbish, and some of them didn't seem to be interested in attending to guests. The air-conditioning was broken, and it was very hot in the room which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

We loved our stay in this hotel; it was such a great experience. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information about the city. This hotel is in the best area, close to everything, so we could easily move around and enjoy the city. Transportation to other areas was also convenient, and we had no problems with it. The hotel facilities were incredible, and the cleanliness was outstanding.

The location of Casa Ayvar Bed & Breakfast was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was lovely and the common areas were well-maintained. The owners, Angel and Angelica, were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even provided a helpful guide book for exploring the city. I had a great experience and would recommend this B&B.
